Black and silver. The striking contrast between them gives rise to a refined yet powerful aesthetic.

The Harley-Davidson V-ROD series has already been discontinued. Among these models, the VRSCAW is distinguished by its silver-finished engine—a legacy of the early V-RODs—chrome-plated rocker covers, and a silver frame that strongly emphasizes the metal’s texture.This motorcycle maximizes the inherent aesthetic appeal of the VRSCAW while blending high-quality custom parts from Europe—primarily Germany—with BAD LAND’s proprietary craftsmanship.

What defines its presence are the front and rear wheels manufactured by Rick’s Motorcycles, a prestigious German custom parts manufacturer—featuring high machining precision, excellent rigidity, and a no-nonsense, robust design philosophy characteristic of German engineering. These wheels, which achieve a high-level balance between function and beauty, feature a process called “contrast cut”: after applying a black surface finish, certain areas are re-machined via CNC to expose the aluminum’s metallic luster.The two-tone finish, created by the interplay of black and machined aluminum, produces a refined, three-dimensional appearance that sets it apart from solid-black wheels. This specification, which requires a labor-intensive machining process and strongly reflects the meticulous attention to detail from the time of its creation, is one of the details that symbolizes the appeal of this motorcycle.

The mid-controls, which determine the riding position, are equipped with original parts that BAD LAND independently developed and manufactured at the time. While optimizing operability and riding position, they also achieve aesthetic beauty through precision metalworking.

For the front end, we used a triple tree manufactured by Rebuffini of Italy. We paired it with a one-off handlebar crafted by BAD LAND and also custom-made a special side bracket to mount the stock headlight directly to the front fork.

In addition, the airbox features a BAD LAND original design, while the rear fender and exhaust system incorporate one-off custom pieces crafted by BAD LAND. The front and rear LED turn signals are equipped with parts from Ken’s Factory, reflecting a commitment to a cohesive design down to the finest details.

A silver frame runs through the glossy black bodywork. Inside, the silver V-twin engine commands attention. Then there’s the gleam of chrome plating, which sharply reflects light, and the luster of precision-machined aluminum. While highlighting the unique character of each material, the black finish ties the entire design together. It is this meticulous balance that is the greatest appeal of this motorcycle.
