2012 TC Springer 300 Wide Tire Custom

A tribute to the legitimate FL Harley custom of the past. This vehicle was built with the passion of BAD LAND, and is a TwinCam based custom that is at the limit of what can be done with the current restrictions.

There are many highlights of this customization, but first and foremost, the 74″ old springer fork was designed to withstand the heavy weight of the TwinCam. The front legs are made of solid stainless steel and the rocker arms are all made of one piece, with the correct trail for the front wheel mounting position. The outer four springs are made in Japan with 60% higher spring rate than the normal setting, and the front suspension is designed to fully support the full power of the TwinCam engine while maintaining the attractive springer fork appearance of the past. The bold modification of the stock frame has also gone through a series of structural modification procedures, and all the necessary documents have been obtained, so there will be no problem with obtaining vehicle inspections in the future.

The front and rear one-piece wheels are original. The gas tank, rear fender, wide swinging arm, exhaust, steering wheel, headlight visor, and other body-related products were all completely made by one-manufacturing. You can see the actual car at our factory.
