2012 TC Springer 300 Wide Tire Custom

An homage to Harley's classic FL-style customs... We built this bike with all the passion of BAD LAND. As a Twin Cam-based custom, it pushes the absolute limits within the constraints of Japan's vehicle inspection regulations.

While this custom has many highlights, first and foremost, please note how we engineered the 74" Old Springer fork to withstand the weight of this heavy Twin Cam machine.The reinforced front leg, crafted from solid stainless steel, and the rocker arm—ensuring proper trail for the front wheel mounting position—were all custom-made as a single unit.Furthermore, the four outer springs are reinforced types manufactured domestically with a spring rate 60% higher than standard settings. This front suspension fully handles the TwinCam engine's full power while retaining the classic, captivating appearance of the Springer fork.Regarding the bold modifications to the stock frame, all necessary structural change procedures were completed, and the full set of required documentation has been obtained. This ensures absolutely no issues with future vehicle inspections.

The front and rear one-piece wheels are our original design. Furthermore, the entire suite of body-related products—including the fuel tank, rear fender, wide swingarm, exhaust, handlebar, headlight visor, and other body-related products were all meticulously crafted as a complete one-off build, requiring an enormous amount of time. Regarding the overall paintwork, including the frame and swingarm, a silver chrome base coat was applied. This was followed by a black candy paint finish to achieve a unique and distinctive color tone. The actual vehicle is currently on display at our factory. We invite you to see it in person.
