The BL Collector Edition has added a model that can truly be called a miracle.

This bike is a fully custom machine built by BAD LAND, featuring an original frame from Hardcore Cycles of Germany—a company that dominated the global custom bike scene from the early 2000s through the mid-2010s.The original Hardcore Cycles frame was actually crafted by Thomas Habermann, a legendary figure in the German custom motorcycle building scene. Its design, construction, and sheer presence epitomized the European high-end custom scene of that era, and today, it is extremely difficult to even obtain the same frame.

This bike is undoubtedly one of the finest custom bikes ever built by our company, BAD LAND.

It’s called the “ Hardcore Super Spec Version.”

As the name suggests, there is absolutely no compromise—from the parts used and the design to the finish and overall construction.The front fork features a 3D aluminum billet front fork manufactured by Goldammer of Canada, a company regarded as the pinnacle of the custom parts world. This is an extremely rare component that is no longer available on the market. The headlight is a 3D aluminum billet headlight developed by Speed Point of Germany specifically to match this Goldammer front fork. The entire front section is designed to function as a single structural unit, rather than merely a collection of parts.

In addition, the swingarm features a 3D aluminum billet swingarm manufactured by Rebuffini of Italy. This swingarm was custom-measured and crafted to fit the Hardcore Cycles frame of this motorcycle, making it a truly one-of-a-kind part created exclusively for this bike.

The engine has also been upgraded to approximately 1,800 cc using parts from the American company S&S. The blacked-out V-twin engine, with its commanding presence, contrasts with the sleek silver lines of the bodywork, lending a sense of solid, intense power to the heart of the bike.

The front and rear wheels feature high-end custom wheels manufactured by Rick’s Motorcycles in Germany. Additionally, the bike is equipped with an open belt kit featuring a tensioner manufactured by NHPower in Germany. This belt kit boasts exceptional precision and is the ultimate open belt system, combining functionality and aesthetics without any negative impact on actual riding performance.Furthermore, this open belt kit features the Hardcore Cycles logo machined into the belt, making it an extremely rare item that was originally released as an authentic Hardcore Cycles product.

The complete set of exterior parts—including the front fender, fuel tank, rear fender, oil tank, spoiler, handlebars, exhaust, and air cleaner cover—was custom-built entirely by BAD LAND. We paid meticulous attention to every detail—the curves, proportions, surface design, alignment of joints, and the overall balance of the vehicle—to ensure that every component contributes to a cohesive, finished product.

Despite incorporating such high-end components, the ultimate goal for this vehicle was, above all, simplicity. Its design is free of excessive ornamentation and instead is driven by necessity. It achieves a seamless level of perfection, as if it had always existed in this form—and that was the theme that was prioritized above all else in this vehicle.

For the paintwork on the entire body, we used BL Silver Coat RT, a special paint containing nano-silver that is considered one of the most technically challenging custom paint finishes available. BL Silver Coat RT is a special paint used as an alternative to chrome plating, and its application requires extremely sophisticated surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing precision.It is extremely difficult to apply BL Silver Coat RT over such a large area as on this vehicle while still faithfully reproducing the paint’s inherent texture and reflective properties to this degree. In that sense, this vehicle is not merely a custom bike; it is a model that embodies the very essence of BAD LAND’s technical expertise.

Due to various circumstances, we have taken this vehicle into our care as a BL Collector Edition and are pleased to present it to you.

To be honest, even we never imagined that the day would come when this vehicle would be released onto the market for sale. And recreating this vehicle with the exact same specifications at the current BAD LAND is now completely impossible, given factors such as parts availability, production conditions, the historical context, and the level of passion that existed back then.
